Craft Engineering’s history is marked by bold action and trailblazing which has broken records in completing emergency civil engineering works and complying with tough time schedules. Craft was the first Brazilian engineering company to acquire Crusher Hydraulic - equipment that simultaneously breaks down concrete and cuts the rubble. When the Linha Vermelha freeway (the highway that links the northern and southern zones of the city) was destroyed by a tragic fire in 2001, Craft using such equipment was able to recover and donate to the state of Rio de Janeiro 37 metres of new highway completing the contract fifteen days ahead of schedule.

For the Carrefour supermarket in São José do Rio Preto from initial earth-moving through construction to infrastructure development, Craft using its full range of services and modern equipment was able to complete the project in only 116 days.

Fully aware of the importance of urban environmental legislation and the growing trend for sustainable construction, Craft, imported in 2007, the first mobile equipment for recycling construction waste. The equipment has the capacity to process 200 tons of concrete / hour, turning them into recycled aggregate, with features that resemble the gravel, in the building site. The second unit was purchased in 2010 to meet demand for the service. In addition, the company is a pioneer in the country, in the treatment of soft soils by  deep vibro-compacting technique.
