The Demolitions Technical Division has consolidated its reputation by anticipating market needs and investing in the latest generation of appropriate equipment. The extensive range of equipment available includes small and large hydraulic excavators and the first Hydraulic Crusher in Brazil. Recently the division has acquired a mobile construction waste recycler, also the first in the country. This equipment has the ability to handle 200 tonnes of concrete/hour, transforming it into recycled aggregate, with characteristics similar to gravel. Given the demand for equipment, Craft in 2010 imported the second recycler expanding its range of techniques and equipment aimed at sustainability.

The Demolitions Technical Division carries out mechanized demolition of concrete, mechanical demolition and decontamination of industrial areas, both hot and cold rock-breaking, in addition to the leasing of air compressors, pneumatic hammers and hydraulic breakers from 500 to 1,600.
