Craft Engineering and COPPE/UFRJ a long term partnership with mutual benefits. University researchers from the Geotechnical sector of COPPE (Coordination Programme for Post-Graduates in Engineering) at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), utilize Craft’s asphalt plant and company technology for their field tests. There, not only do they have the opportunity to monitor, in practice, their experiments also they can work on the production of new formulas for asphalt, share in projects with Craft, and study applications for later evaluation.

Through this partnership, Craft and the geotechnical team of COPPE/UFRJ share the results of significant experiments, helping maintain the company at the forefront of road-surfacing technology.
